Long Time, No Talk

Well the past two weeks have been kinda busy. School is keeping me very busy with grades coming to an end for the first trimester, Christmas coming up, geography bees, BizTown, and I also have to start thinking about Catholic Schools Week. Not only is school busy, Thanksgiving is just a week away and I have been planning that. It will out first Thanksgiving in the house and we are having family over. I think that we are going to have between 18-24 people at various parts of the day. I am glad that we have not sold out table yet int he kitchen. We have Grandmom's table in the family room so people will be able to eat downstairs also. Everyone is pitching in nicely and helping out. I am going to make sure that I start doing some things this weekend so I am not in a rush Wednesday afternoon after school lets out. I think that we should be off on Wednesday so that we can have the entire day to get ready for the ritual feast.

Lex is doing very well. He is growing like a weed. I just bought him 24 month pants for the length, but then ofcourse they are too big in the waste. He is going to need suspenders. He is also in 2T tops just so they can go over his head!! No kidding!! Seriously, he is wearing 18 month clothes as will mainly, but sometimes I wonder where the designer's heads are... like are they thinking that some kids have large heads, or that they are long and thin? This was a video taken last Saturday when we went out to dinner with Pop-pop and Mom-mom, Karen and Emry, and my parents of course. We were at Tony's restaurant (he is actually the bar tender) Mama Lucia's. They have GREAT food!!! Lex was having a bit of a temper. A little secret though is that he had not slept hardly at all that day.
