They say that babies get teeth in pairs. This has not been true of Lex. He has always gotten one at a time and this is very true for his molars. Last week he had one come in on the right side and now he is showing signs that he is getting the one on the left. If anyone would like to babysit overnight, now would be a great time to offer...ha ha.
He is being good for the most part through this painful time of his teething experience. At night we have been giving him motrin because he runs a small grade fever, but this is not working. We put orajel on his gums and this too does not work. He is not sleeping well. It is almost like he has restless leg syndrom and doen not want to sleep alone. As soon as we pick him up he is fine and falls back to sleep. Then we put him back in the crib and before he makes it too the mattress he is screaming his head off. It is really weird. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Uncle Jason came back up to Maryland today. He brought us all some wonderful things from England and Ireland. He did not have anything exciting to say about Paris... it was not one of his favorites. He brought his favorite nephew a Paddington Bear and a Gaurd Teddy Bear. And for Lisa he broguht back a hand spun lambs wool scarf from Ireland. It is really beautiful. He brought Scott back a game... Soldier Skittles. He took some wonderful pictures which I have to say I am going to us some to decorate our dining/ living room. The ones we love are the one of the beachside in Ireland.
Well gotta runa nd get Lex ready for bed the first time tonight. He will be up in an hour I am sure.

Hey, this may be to late to suggest but Gentle Naturals makes a Teething Medicine which is homeopathic. I swear by it for Olivia, I usually give it to her not long before bed and it works really well, it also makes them a little sleepy. You can get it anywhere in the baby section. It usually runs about 4.99
