It's Official

Scott and I went to the doctor's yesterday to have our first ultrasound. First she was running late which was not good for my bladder. We were finally called back 15 minutes after my appointment time and had the ultrasound. Wow has the machine changed in the two short years since Lex. Not only was it more clear, we were able to hear the heartbeat. It was so neat. She said that I am definitely 7 weeks and can expect to be due around November 17, 2009. That basically means that I can schedule my c-section for November 4 or 11th. I want a Wednesday so that I can have my doctor that I ahve been doing to forever. He also delievered Lex... by accident. Remember Lex was born two days before his scheduled birth on a Friday.

Other than that I am feeling much better. Whatever I had knocked me off my feet for a few days, but now I am better and motivated to actually do some school work. I have to get grades in before LOST comes on. I have not been able to watch Lost when it actually comes on because Lex's schedule has been thrown off, but I think that tonight we may actully get him to sleep on time. Keep your fingers crossed.

As far as the pregnancy sickness... I still ahve morning sickness until lunch time and then if I eat too late at night it comes back. I am sorry Jen and Eddie, but I may need doggy bags for the rehearsal dinner and wedding dinners :O) I am feeling fat and bloated a lot earlier with this one. Although my clothes still fit, I just feel like a Macy's Day float.

I let the pictures of the ultrasound at school. I had to prove to Susan that I am not having twin girls as she is secretly hoping for. She says that one is just hiding, but I told her that there was definitly only one heartbeat that we heard last night.

I will bring it home tomorrow and have Scott help put it on. I think that we have to do something with the scanner here since we go the new computer, the scanner has not been working. I think we have to run the program again on the computer.
